시완 레코드 마이도스(Mythos) 음악감상회 배포 Sempler Tape
문득 예전 종로 세운상가에 즐비했던 무수한 레코드 가게들과 홍대에 위치했던 시완레코드 Mythos가 생각났다. 마이도스에서 음악감상회에 참가해서 받았던 시완 샘플러(공테이프에 프로그레시브락이 녹음된 상태로)를 찾았는데, 실패했다. 수 백개의 테이프들 속 어디엔가 있을텐데...

지금이야 마음먹으면 구하기 쉬운(?) 음원들, 하지만 LP, CD 수집으로 치면 지금도 꽤나 희귀 아이템들이랄까?
First Boy를 들으니 Krysia Kocjan의 작고소식을 듣고 우울했던 기억이 난다.
근 몇 년을 성악에 빠져 살았는데, 요즈음은 예전에 듣던 음악들을 다시 듣기 시작한다. 아마도 젊은 시절의 추억 때문일까?
British quadrophenia라고 소개되었었던 4대그룹중에 왜 King Crimson의 곡은 빠져있을까? 당시 음반을 못 구했기 때문일 듯...
Jon Mark를 잘못 적어 놓았다. Pulsar의 Pollen, Halloween 그리고 The Strands of future의 LP와 CD는 나의 애장음반들이다.
